Refund policy

We are sure you will love your new Conka product but if for any reason you feel you need to send it back please do so within 30 days and we will be happy to refund the money.

Return Postage and packaging costs are to be paid by yourself, however if the product is faulty please get in touch with our lovely customer service team who will be happy to organise a return for you where we will cover the cost of postage.

Please package all returns items in their original packaging and return in the same condition that you received it. Upon receiving your item, the item will be inspected, this can take up to 5 working days.  We advise that you include your receipt or proof of purchase to ensure a refund is processed quickly.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can rectify this immediately. We can be contacted by telephone 01282 792926 or by email info@conkauk.co.uk 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as specially manufactured items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Refunds 
Once you item has been received and inspected we will refund your order by your original payment method. We aim to do this within 5 working days. It is to note, once the refund has been processed it may take 3-5 working days for the bank to refund your money to your account.
